Head Over Heels operate stylish and upmarket family leisure destination welcoming more than 300,000 visitors a year and offering a unique combination of play activities for children, casual dining for all the family, and great customer service, making it the play centre of choice for discerning customers.

We are in search of an exceptional reception host to join us on our mission to provide 5 star service to all our visitors everyday.

Receptionist / Host Day to Day:

• Create a happy environment for our visiting families and co workers

• Welcome visitors, ensure smooth check in on computerised entry system

• Sell parties and manage reservations on our booking system

• Answer enquiries by email and phone

• Keep everything clean, organised and well stocked

• Adhere to and help enforce all Health and Safety standards, company rules, regulations and policies at all times

• Report all repairs and maintenance issues

• Ensure fast paced 5 star service at all times

Receptionist / Host Requirements:

• Experience in customer service

• Fun, outgoing, entertaining and welcoming personality

• Team Player

• Passionate in everything they do.

• Love children and enjoy making them smile

• Practical, organised, great at multi tasking and truly care about our visitors and colleagues

• Must be available a minimum of 1 day at the weekend

Salary: Up to £12.25 per hour
